Realistic "Shipping Container Based" fire training facilities remain the most cost effective way for us to
provide fire-fighters with the best training, understanding and practical hands on experiences of that very
dangerous enemy know as fire.

Shipping containers are our business, we use them in many different scenarios and in this instance fire
simulation modules. As part of Fabrication and Site Services UK "Confiresim" is developing and working
alongside many designers, manufacturers and container modification companies to bring to the market
place the very best training facilities' available worldwide.

The steel shipping container offers versatility it is in effect a simple metal box - building block no more no
less but what can be achieved by this is limited only by your imagination or budget.

Pretty much all companies who
manufacture similar container based
fire simulators build these away
from site and deliver and install.

Whist we do this with a percentage
of our conversion work, our forte is
the on-site development and

Imagine the benefit of having your
module built to suit onsite being
supervised by your team who will
ultimately use the simulator.

We can offer you just that as an
option, deliver the basics , develop
and build to suit onsite this is a
market first. It needs planning and
budgeting but certainly having your
team experiencing development on
site is a huge benefit, you may wish
to consider.

Our mobile welding crews travel all
over the UK and Europe for the
purposes of repairs, general
fabrication and welding and in most
cases installation of our projects.

We can offer the total package,
one source for all.

Hands on and controlled education in flashover and fire development
using customer designed and built modules saves lives proven by the
investment and success of the Swedish Fire service who were pioneers of
this concept.
The container modification knowledge we hold is vast over many years we have used shipping
containers for every kind of application. We are a family run business with very strong connections to the fire
brigades in London and Hampshire.

Our understanding and appreciation of the dangers in this field of work make us even more resolute in
doing all we can to provide safe training for all fire fighters using our container based modules.
In reality we know shipping containers were not intended to be burned although over the years many
have, but with the right modification techniques these can be used time and time again giving an
exceptional return on investment. Our in-house repair and maintenance facilities are available 7 days a
week and with programmed repairs and routine checks your containers can be used for many years.

As a company we are very well known for our container based works in many industrial sectors such
as construction, self storage and commercial shipping operations. Container based fire simulation is not
a new field to us, and it was not until recently when circumstances dictated a breach in the market place
we felt we should promote our selves in this field.

Fabrication and Site Services UK in conjunction with our partners in China (Multiboxx Limited)
manufacture and bring into the country our own container stocks, covering every range of container type
available in the market place. The container based fire simulation development will benefit greatly from
our container manufacture source.

We only build full specification containers, meaning that we use thicker steel sheets on the walls,
stronger floor bearers, and heavier construction  a very useful bonus in this field of development. We
carry stocks of containers all around the UK, and have the ability and resources to supply on demand any
type or quantity of shipping container.

The whole concept of what we are doing with shipping containers is to develop techniques that save
lives, it is just totally unacceptable to just say "accidents will happen" prevention is by far better than cure.
What we can do for you, what we can create is limitless, variable training options, realistic fire
simulation, breathing apparatus' training, smoke rooms, endless scenarios can be built.
