Fire Attack Unit At Cornwall Fire & Rescue Site In Redruth
OUT WITH OLD IN WITH THE NEW
This Month of February 2013 has seen us install a new Fire Attack Unit at Cornwall Fire and Rescue site in Redruth Cornwall.
Working once again alongside Simon Grant and Nigel Jory we installed a newly built totally modified and updated design of the attack module.
Conceived from the joint efforts of us all we designed built and fitted the new rig section shown in the photographs.
Modifications and input from our colleagues at CFR has helped to create a superb addition to this very popular training facility. Custom heat shield
design will ensure longevity of working life in a very tough environment. Installation on site by our company Fabrication and Site services UK was
undertaken by Chris Greenfield, Matt Ashley who both worked exceptionally hard to achieve this task.
The finished rig looks as you can see from the images superb. We would also like to thank our architect Marcus Reynar for his hard work in drawing
and developing the new module.
